The Caribbean Council is the leadership of the New Testament Churches of God in the Caribbean. The Council is made up of the Caribbean Field Director (CFD), and nine (9) Overseers. It is lead by Bishop Ishmael Charles, who is the Caribbean Field Director (CFD). The Accountant and the Secretary to the Caribbean Council also attend Council meetings for minuting purposes and to advise the Council on financial matters.
